The Association for the Development of Research and Innovation in Quebec (ADRIQ) and Sillons today announced a strategic collaboration to integrate social innovation experts into ADRIQ’s network of accredited innovation consultants.
This initiative marks a new stage in an already well-established relationship between the two organizations, notably through the Social Innovation Award at the Innovation Awards Gala and the contribution to ADRIQ’s pre-budget submission.
A shared vision of innovation
ADRIQ and Sillons share the conviction that social innovation is a key driver of transformation for organizations and regions.
As major societal challenges intensify and digital and technological transformation accelerates, human, organizational, and social responses become crucial to the success of innovation projects.
“Innovation can no longer be approached in silos. To effectively support organizations, it is essential to recognize and integrate social innovation as a strategic dimension,” emphasizes Frédéric Alberro, CEO of ADRIQ.
Integrating and structuring expertise in social innovation
Specifically, we will work to explore the conditions necessary to support the implementation of social innovation projects by:
- Identifying specific needs and support for social innovation projects;
- Assessing the activities and resources needed to integrate social innovation advisors into ADRIQ’s network of accredited innovation consultants.
Sillons will contribute in particular through its field expertise and its network of actors in social innovation, while ADRIQ will leverage its know-how in structuring, accrediting and mobilizing experts.
