He has led numerous major projects implementing performance management systems within public and private organizations in Canada and France. An expert in the manufacturing sector, he has worked in diverse fields: pulp and paper, furniture, polymers, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, electronics, and aerospace. He has developed over 80 technology portfolios, completed more than 40 organizational performance mandates, and supported over 80 companies in integrating digital systems, including ERP, AI, and IIoT.
