About

After years as an international consultant, he founded Lead Management Group in 2011, a firm that supports leaders in organizational and digital transformation. He has led numerous major projects implementing performance management systems within public and private organizations in Canada and France. An expert in the manufacturing sector, he has worked in diverse fields: pulp and paper, furniture, polymers, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, electronics, and aerospace. He has developed over 80 technology portfolios, completed more than 40 organizational performance mandates, and supported over 80 companies in integrating digital systems, including ERP, AI, and IIoT.

  • Digital solution architect for the Montreal mobility digital project (Application and BI);
  • Is the coach and trainer for the digital governance committee of ArcelorMittal’s 7 long-life Canadian plants.
