Fabien Durand has been recognized for his independent B2G (business-to-government) expertise since 2008. As a consultant, he provides support services for public procurement (tenders), primarily in Quebec. He works mainly with SMEs in a variety of sectors (IT, Professional Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing), but also with some large corporations. In 17 years, Fabien has helped hundreds of companies bid on over 1,000 tenders, maintained a 100% compliance rate, and won over $550 million in government contracts, mainly from the Quebec public sector.
Since 2021, Fabien has also been working as a trainer on Quebec public procurement, sharing his practical experience with businesses and economic development officers.
