This project, which will enable the adaptation and rollout of a specialized training course for Quebec SMEs, is made possible through $221,943 in financial support from the Government of Quebec. The funding is provided under the &#8220;Productivity-Skills&#8221; program\u2014specifically the Artificial Intelligence stream\u2014established in accordance with the guidelines of the Commission des partenaires du march\u00e9 du travail and administered by the Ministry of Employment and Social Solidarity.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drawing on its expertise in supporting innovative SMEs and its network of accredited expert consultants, ADRIQ leverages its know-how to offer training that meets the concrete needs of Quebec businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>The adoption of artificial intelligence paves the way for new development opportunities for Quebec businesses. However, this transition relies above all on the expertise of the workforce. While business opportunities abound, many companies still face significant challenges when it comes to evaluating relevant use cases, preparing their teams, or planning the deployment of solutions tailored to their specific needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Trans Num IA<\/strong> training program aims specifically to bridge the gap between the potential of artificial intelligence and its practical adoption within Quebec organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through a hands-on approach, participating companies will develop the knowledge, tools, and skills needed to initiate or accelerate their digital transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They will receive guidance in identifying opportunities for AI integration, developing a roadmap tailored to their needs, and preparing a deployment plan that fosters sustainable implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-primary-color\">Training designed for innovative SMEs<\/mark><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The project entails developing a 40-hour training program\u2014delivered entirely remotely\u2014that enables participants to gain a concrete understanding of key issues surrounding artificial intelligence and to walk away with practical tools, customized AI agents, a roadmap tailored to their organization, and actionable strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Developed and led by GLM Conseil\u2014an ADRIQ-accredited innovation consultancy\u2014the training focuses on a practical approach directly applicable to the realities of Quebec SMEs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ultimately, 90 participants from approximately thirty Quebec companies will directly benefit from this initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>For nearly 15 years, ADRIQ has supported SMEs in integrating innovative technologies\u2014and, since 2023, in their digital transformation\u2014and with the launch of Trans Num IA, we are reinforcing this commitment. This training program is designed to equip Quebec businesses with the skills needed to fully harness the potential of artificial intelligence.
