A graduate of Polytechnique Montréal with a degree in industrial engineering (1982), Louis Taillefer has nearly 40 years of experience supporting inventors and SMEs in the evaluation, planning, and management of technological development and industrial process automation projects. Through his practice and continuing education, he has developed a specialization in technological intellectual property. He has held several positions related to the management of technological innovation projects and the commercialization of intellectual property.
As a senior advisor at Groupe Action PME, Mr. Taillefer assists SME leaders in defining and implementing their technological strategy, technological positioning and monitoring, intellectual property protection, and the prevention and management of counterfeiting disputes. In this capacity, he maintains a close relationship with PARI advisors and a vast network of experts and specialized resources active in technology development and protection.
