As a research and development strategist and business coach-mentor, I have over 35 years of experience supporting companies in the chemical and life sciences sectors (biotechnology, environment, pharmaceutical laboratories, cosmetics, and nutraceuticals). A chemist by training (B.Sc. in Applied Sciences, Université Laval) and a member of the Ordre des chimistes du Québec (Quebec Order of Chemists) since 1985, I work on projects involving technological development, formulation, processes, technology implementation, and R&D management. My approach aims to ensure sound decision-making, maximize project value, and empower organizations to be autonomous, efficient, and credible in their R&D and research and development efforts, with a strong emphasis on knowledge transfer, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
