Montreal, February 25, 2025 – The Association pour le développement de la recherche et de l’innovation du Québec (ADRIQ) is proud to announce that it is now a partner with the Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Energy (MEIE) for the delivery of training sessions aimed at Quebec businesses seeking access to public contracts. This MEIE initiative aims to help SMEs understand and master the bidding process and maximize the use of the Electronic Tendering System, thereby strengthening their competitiveness in the marketplace.
The training day followed by the workshop “Mastering the basics of submitting a bid and increasing your sales using SEAO” enables participants to:
- Master the essential aspects of a successful bid.
- Learn how to make themselves known to contracting authorities.
- Optimize their approach to avoid bid rejections.
- Navigate the Electronic Tendering System (SEAO) effectively.
- Implement an effective monitoring process.
- Understand the importance of the supplier registry.
The training sessions are intended for business leaders, sales managers, and anyone involved in their company’s market development activities.
“Access to public markets represents a powerful growth lever for businesses and for Quebec’s economy. Through this initiative, ADRIQ reaffirms its commitment to promoting and supporting innovation and the competitiveness of Quebec SMEs,” emphasized Frédéric Alberro, President and CEO of ADRIQ.
The upcoming sessions will be held in person, with a limited number of twelve participants per session. The planned dates and locations include:
- Capitale-Nationale: February 25 and June 3 in Québec City
- Laurentides: March 19 in Sainte-Adèle
- Bas-Saint-Laurent: March 13 in Rivière-du-Loup
- Gaspésie: March 25 in Sainte-Anne-des-Monts; March 26, 2025 in Gaspé; March 27, 2025 in Maria
- Lanaudière: April 30 in Saint-Roch-de-l’Achigan
- Montérégie: May 7 in Vaudreuil-Soulanges
- Mauricie: April 22 in Shawinigan and April 23 in La Tuque
