Montreal, February 20, 2025 – The Association pour le Développement de la Recherche et de l’Innovation du Québec (ADRIQ) and Investissement et Développement Gatineau (ID Gatineau) are proud to announce a new collaboration agreement aimed at strengthening the competitiveness and innovation of manufacturing companies located in the Gatineau territory.
This agreement will allow ten Gatineau-based companies to benefit from specialized services offered by ADRIQ’s network of accredited innovation advisors. Each selected company will receive 30 hours of strategic support, tailored to its innovation and growth needs. In addition, thanks to the financial support of ID Gatineau, companies will only be required to cover 25% of the total cost, with the remaining 75% covered by the organization.
This initiative highlights the essential role of partnerships among economic stakeholders in driving innovation and business development in Quebec. “This collaboration illustrates our shared commitment to supporting Quebec SMEs in their development and competitiveness,” stated Frédéric Alberro, President and CEO of ADRIQ. “By joining forces with ID Gatineau, we are helping to accelerate innovation and strengthen the region’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.”
“This agreement represents a unique opportunity for Gatineau manufacturing companies to access strategic resources and high-caliber support. Together, with ADRIQ, we aim to create an environment conducive to innovation, enabling our companies to thrive and stand out in competitive markets,” added Sylvie Charrette, Executive Director of ID Gatineau.
The selected manufacturing companies must meet certain criteria, including being located in the Gatineau territory and complying with ID Gatineau’s support requirements.
