Montreal, May 14, 2025 – The Association pour le Développement de la Recherche et de l’Innovation du Québec (ADRIQ) and Développement Vaudreuil-Soulanges (DEV) are proud to announce a new collaboration agreement aimed at encouraging SMEs to take action by offering them a better understanding and greater mastery of the public procurement process, through personalized support, tools, and resources tailored to their needs.
This agreement will allow companies located in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges territory to benefit from the specialized services offered by ADRIQ-accredited innovation expert Fabien Durand, through his ENVOL PME program. Each selected company will receive 20 hours of strategic support, customized to meet its specific needs. In addition, thanks to financial support of up to $2,500, companies referred to ADRIQ will benefit from an exclusive discount.

Selected companies must meet certain criteria, including being located in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges territory and satisfying the program’s support requirements.
